The series of pneumatic tank bottom valve is a sanitary valve which widely used in food, pharmacy.
It has advantages such as discharge materials without dead angle, residual, leakage and good sealing property.
Treatment: Mirror finished inside (roughness Ra 0.4um), sand blasted or mirror polish outside
Material: AISI304, or AISI316L
Seal: EPDM or PTFE, FPM can be chosen.
Temperature: : -10degree+120degree(EPDM)
Working pressure: 10bar/145PSI
Air pressure: 6-8bar/87-116PSI
Pneumatic air connection: G1/8"(BSP)
Size: DN20-DN100 3/4"-4"
Standard: : DIN, 3A, SMS, RJT, IDF...
Connection ends: Butt- weld, tri-clamp, flange...
Normally close.
Have two angle design: 45 degree or 90 degree can be chosen.
