79 is a microprocessor-based smart locator. It can achieve remote set by 0/4-20mA and 05/10V signal. By using PID algorithms and PWM control technology,it can adjust the valve opening quickly and accurately. It can also achieve accurate control of fluid flow rate, temperature and other process volume in various applications.
The product can achieve remote automatic control. It is suitable for us in a sealed space.With a variety of flow characterisitc curve, its safe location and close function can also bebecustomeized by the user.
Easy install, simple operaion, low failure rate and convenient maintenance are
characteristics of the process controller.

Principles for the process control
The process controller is acually composed of two parts-process control and position adjustment.
Position adjustment as shown in the oval frame figure. Position measureing system detects the valve opening degree in
realtime and the actual position valve (POS) s fedback to position controller as standard signal. When there is a deviation
(Xd1) between the external set position valve (CMD) and feedback valve. The position controller will generate adjustment
signal. If deviation valve is positive, the air intake solenoid valve willwork according to air intake signal (B1). If deviation valve
is negative, the air discharge solenoid valve will work according to air discharge signal (E1) It promotes the work of the
acuator.It operates in such a way repeatedly until the deviation valve (xd1) is 0.Z1 represents the amount of interference.
Such as the reaction of fluid to the pneumatic valve etc.
The principles of process control is similar to the priceples of positional control. When there is deviation (Xd2) between the
process setpoint (SP) and process feeback valve (PV), the process deviation valve will be converted to position control valve.
The position regulator adjust the valve opening.It operates until the process deviation valve (Xd2) is 0.
