3)Material of diaphragm: Silastic(use to standard valve), EPDM rubber (use to valve with micro type connector)
5)Size: 1"-6", applied to the stainless steel pipeline system
6)Preasure:
Max. Working pressure above the valve seat (close valve): 1.0Mpa
Max. Working pressure above the valve cover (open valve): Stainless steel material 1.0Mpa.
7)Temperature:
Max. Sterilization temperature, dry steam: 121-134degree. Steam must be use dry because the condensate water will damage the diaphragm. We suggested to customer, after 100times sampling or sterilization should be replace the diaphragm.
8)Certification: Material inspection report
9)Application: The type of valve series is designed to use before and after doing sterilize treatment.
